Review summary

Cruise was good, although smaller than expected, in comparison with my prior experience. Also I felt the cruise moving every day. I took medicine for the dizziness every day.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The food was pretty good at the buffet. The main dinners and restaurants were much finer in taste. The main take away was the service we received from a servers Kurnia and assistant Gede. They were fantastic and we truly felt like every experience was superb and we were amongst family. There were many severs that were kind and positive which made the overall experience pleasant and memorable. Thank you Kurnia and Gede.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The cruise has different activities going on, but I went to guess the tv show song, and it was boring. The poor lady sounds like she was talking with herself, no one around the area was paying attention to her. We did not stay and left.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Staff were great. Our room steward was very polite, and clean our room everyday.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Common areas were clean. Cruise ship looks a little older compared with others one. The boat is smaller than I expected. Having 2 pools I don’t think is enough. Specially when you are a day at see and everything is so crowded.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin has a space between the bed and the window, that has no purpose. If thar is removed the room will look bigger and will have more space.

Ship tip

It’s a small cruise ship compared with others that I have traveled. Every day I felt the boar moving, and in floor 4 you can hear the motors every morning when we arrived at the port.

Rhapsody was my first cruise 24 years ago in Alaska. Sailed on her 2 more times out of Galveston. Love this ship and all Royal ships.
