Was disappointed with embarkation experience... did not like the fact that I had to retrieve luggage from stairwell and take to my cabin....

POOR embarkment... purchased the KEY. embarkment was delayed, one on board were not permitted to enter cabin area until after 3PM. No explanation given, luggage not delivered to room, it was left in stair well we had to handle on or own. NO COMMUNICATION.

Ship is showing signs of ware, rust can be seen everywhere, outside dining room windows, balcony rails, stairs. Carpet is worn hard in someplace.

Comfort ok, speaker does not work, announcements cannot be heard in room. Rust in balcony rails. Balcony glass was extremely dirty
Excursion was issue. several weeks before sailing APP showed it was reserved, however description was no longer available. I called RC to get description, i was told my phone was the issue and to try again in a few days. So I did, same senecio, I called again this time was told an IT ticket would be submitted to correct problem, and that there is no problem you have a reservation. Well the evening (after dinner) before day of excursion I received a letter saying it was canceled....
Was the cruise disembarking late arriving to Port? This could the delay in the embarkation. Also it is common for the luggage to be stacked in the elevator lobby while they are working on getting it delivered to the cabins. I often, if I am in my cabin, check to see if it is WAITING to be delivered. Any delays on turnaround days create havoc for the crew and they do their best to get caught up.
