This review is about a tour we booked with ShoreFox previous to our cruise for Tenerife in May. As per instructions to meet our tour guide outside the cruise terminal, and after waiting for 30minutes, there was no sign of the tour guide, we sent an email to ShoreFox asking for a refund. Their answer was " sorry you did't make it " !!!!! so save money and DON'T BOOK ANY TOURS WITH SHOREFOX !!!!!Embarkation
