Review summary

I like the cruise but was a little dissapointed in some of the service and food compared to last hear.I like the size of the Rhapsody it is easy to get around. They need to stock some new merchsndise in the shops. All the same stuff as last year. It is a little classless how they try to promote drink packages and the gormet resteraunts on board.

Dinning room service fair. Was served some hot foods cold. Servers were not able to comminicate well. Not as friendly amd attentive as last year. One meal w Service in dinning room was fair. Servers unable to communicate well enough . Some food was served cold. The roasted chicken breast was awful. On the whole food was not anywhere as good as last year.

Onboard Activities

Loved the solarium and pool. Suana was great but door to steamroom would not open. Attendants did not seem to understand what we were trying to tell them. Dance exercise was fun.

Entertainment

Entertainment in bar eas good but hard to get a server for drinks. Bar manager helped with that situation. Comedian was good.

Room steward was fair. Not very friendly. Did nothing special just what he had to do.Waiters fair. Security was excellent. Customer Relations was good but not as friendly as last year.

Ships layout was gpod. Appeared to be pretty clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

Layout of room is hard to get around. The sofa is of no use and just takes up needed space. The floor was not too clean. Needs shampooing. Hard to control temperature. Gets very cold.
