Review summary

Although it averages out to 4 stars it’s deceiving because highest ranking of trip is embarkation & disembarkation! Actual time on ship would be 2.5 to 3 stars. Waitstaff, bar tenders were outstanding, but everything else was “ just okay.” Disappointed because we were really looking forward to this trip!

Food was okay as far as flavor ( at times a little bland) Temperatures was a bigger issue- cold soup & entrees were pretty common in main dining. Specialty restaurants were very good! No issues with buffet either.

Everyone we dealt with gave outstanding service; except for excursion desk staff. Long story- placed into wrong group upon excursion check in, missed our excursion because of their mistake, And they were extremely reluctant to issue any kind of refund to make up for it. Sad, because it was only thing we wanted to do and we didn’t get to!
