This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable cruises we have been on! We never experienced any pressure sales anywhere!

Only slight delay on checkin as we did not pre-checkin properly ; our fault! We found this embarkation far better than our previous trips with Carnival which had long waits and extremely long lines with everyone trying to embark at the same time. This was far better with short lines and no delays!

Ship's layout and design was very good as we did not get lost! All areas were very clean and well maintained
as well as washrooms!
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was spacious enough, it only lacked the mini-bar to keep water cool in!
Wash room could have used a vent fan to control moisture!
We enjoyed the shuttle boat ride to and from the ship as these shuttles were not overloaded and far better than using ships life boats as we have done before. Ride seemed short and smooth! Excursion was to the rum factory with a unique tour of the City with a fantastic tour guide (Shelley - very knowledgeable and entertaining) despite the rough ride on the old school buses. I understand the transportation due to narrow streets.
Disembarkation was excellent, well organized and timely. Baggage was easy to locate and move through short lineups and Security was very efficient without paperwork!
Loved the Rhapsody it was the happiest ship I have been on. Food was good in buffet and main dining room all wait staff in both were excellent.
She is old but lovingly looked after I found her easy to get around no long trek anywhere. The entertainment staff were excellent and kept everything going they worked so hard x
