Stop the damn smoking on board...and hire more friendly waiters...

It was fine, a bit different than other cruise ships I've been on, but fine, I did have a stuffy waiter for the dinner time in the Edivice dining room, he just did not to me seem like a good waiter, very straight, very sterile and had no sense of humor at all, and I seen other waiters laughing and being loose at other tables, his name was Lenard, a Phillipian, and does not possess the ability to make one feel at home as a waiter should, the other waiter was fine, Marko, just a bit shy and not engaging, but always smiling and asking you to help. I also did not like the way the photo store would not bargain with you, all other ships I have been on at least give you the chance to buy the photos already printed for a discount, but those retail persons would not budge at all on price, which was pricey compared to other cruise lines, they held great deals in the jewelry store and had tee shirts marked down low, but they won't give a deal on photos already printed and going to be throw away anyway, not cool, and I really tried to talk them down and give me a bargain, but no and a hateful sort of no too, like I was bothering them, the guest services were great however and very nice and helpful, I hated the fact that you had to walk right through the smoking area of the casino to get to the theater, my god royal, it is 2018 almost, give up the god damn smoking on board, let those stinking dumb smokin asses walk outside, very stupid policy, so for these reasons I will never book another cruise with Royal Caribbean again, just the smoking on board turned me off, much less we had to walk through that crap to see any show at the main theater, give it a friggin rest already, and tell Lenard that he belongs in housekeeping and not waiting tables, he does not possess the light vibe needed to make your guests feel relaxed and all good, hire the right people guys....

Smells of shit wafted through the air both outside as most cruise ships, but this smell would invade the main centrum area on certain days when the wind was blowing in from the outside, not good as the centrum is the heart of the ship.

learn to deal with smoking in the casino and one the way to the theater, be prepared to smell feces and sewer gases in the centrum near the main dining room on certain windy days.
