Our first time with Virgin. I've been on Holland America, Norwegian, Princess, Carnival and I would book another Virgin Voyages. The vibe and pace is geared for slightly younger crowd, no persistent speaker announcements, much more all inclusive, happier crew and newer ships. I love children, but having an adult only cruise made for a better experience for us.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Virgin is different in that there is no main dining room. What is normally a cost up dining experience on other cruise lines is the norm and part of the cruise package. We ate Gunbae (Korean and a lot of fun), Wake (seafood so good), Extra Virgin (our favorite and Italian), Pink Agave (new take on Mexican); Test Kitchen (unique menu). You making dining reservations, although walk ins were possible. For those wanting something more casual, try the Galley. Think of it as an upgraded food court. Lots of bars/lounges with premium spirits available and unique cocktails to try.
Onboard Activities

Lots of nooks to hang out in or walking/running track on top deck. For those interested, basketball court and fitness center and classes. We did a bingo session which was fun
Entertainment

We saw Persephone, Miss Behave and Lola's Library. All were unique and interactive with attendees. I would say better than other cruiselines which tend to be more family friendly singing/dancing on stage.
Children's Programs
adults only! yay
Service and Staff

Cabin stewards with efficient and friendly. All the crew we talked to with very friendly and they said working for Virgin was an improvement from other cruise lines they worked with. Happy crew, happy passengers
Ship Quality

Extremely clean, modern and easy to navigate.
Cabin / Stateroom

What a great bathroom - floor to ceiling marble bathroom with 2 shower heads and large vanity top. The record player didn't work and we heard from others that theirs didn't either - but not a big deal. We loved the hammock on balcony and heard they were going to add another to each balcony so both occupants could use at same time.
Ship tip
Book your dining ahead of time. Do your own research on ports - you don't get a lot of information from Virgin.
i booked an excursion via Trip Advisor with a company for quad motorbikes. Tour took us through town, up into countryside and then beach for cliff jumping.
