Oceania seems to have cut back on the wait staff and often we had to wait - also, they were not as helpful as usual. We love this cruise line and I think this was our 13 cruise but probably our last.

room steward never cleaned our room until noon - also restaurant staff not up to usual standard - we have been on 13 OCEANIA CRUISES
