We enjoyed the cruise. Entertainment in the theatre and project 5 band in the lounges was excellent. Food in the main restaurants we very good but reservations should be allowed at all times in the evening. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and always smiling.

The weather prevented some things. Entertainment was not the best but overall enjoyed the cruise

I constantly felt like we were in elementary school. Standing in line non stop!! Or we were cattle waiting for the food troughs! Will never cruise again. It was the worst!

Our cruise was relaxing! Everything was outstanding! Crew very efficient!

This was my first cruise and everything was fabulous! Only one thing that was annoying, there should be water readily available without having to stand in the long bar lines. Next cruise I would bring a water bottle to fill up to avoid that.

Cruise was great. Some service issues. Did not have enough staff to keep up with the sold out cruise. Best was the ports & excursions. Medallion app is great for some things but sometimes not working as promoted. Loved the extra cushions and blankets on pool deck for movies. Loved not having to check out towels (but maybe that’s why some people leave them lying around :( ) Kids enjoyed the kids club. We would cruise with princess again. Hopefully the service issues will get worked out or maybe not as bad on a less busy ship.

For the entrainment and time on the ship it was an excellent trip.

Cruise was great, but do the Circumstances of how I was treated by the guess service, I was having second thoughts about cruising with princess again , But thanks To dinning restaurant director, Nicola I am lack of words to express my gratitude. The way he treated us he made me change my mind he made the big difference his service was super. Princess need more people like him

Was on the Regal last year at Christmas as well. This year the Regal was a few steps behind across the board. Would sail the Regal again and hope for a better experience. We are Elite on Princess but maybe stone to explore other cruise lines.

Wonderful trip! Food is amazing, crews are super friendly and helpful, room is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back again!

We had the most amazing time. Grandparents (80s), me (50s) and grandkids (11-24). Do it!! You'll love it. 17 days flew by over Christmas and New years

Excellent cruise, the staff were very polite and professional. We were well looked after by everyone. However they need to look into improving their evening entertainment and internet as surely not on par with other cruise lines.

We enjoyed this cruise once we got our room situation fixed. I wish that Princess would have reimbursed us for the poor room experience for the first day and a half. We were miserable due to the temperature and could not sleep. We spent a lot of time going back and forth to guest services to get help and complain with no resolution.

Embarkation was super, Dinners in the specialty restaurants were great, the ports that received a 1-star rating were places where the tour companies did not show up or canceled at the last minute because they had no English-speaking guides that day. Disembarkation was a disaster caused by U.S. Customs not having enough staff at the terminal.

This was an enjoyable cruise and we enjoyed our excursion in each port of call

Overall it was a great experience. We will once again travel on Princess.
