was ok but not what I expected from previous princess cruise, was disappointed from the behavior of the staff that looked so poor and unhappy, I felt very sorry for them and for me to disturb them....

dining room was terrible - It took the food ages to arrive - start your meal at 20 and finish on 23, and leave early without eating dessert in order to be able to watch the 22 o'clock show . we prefered to eat at the buffet, something that we never do on a cruise. buffet was ok, good repitet itself. didn't have a selection of vegan food.

very small library and crouded most of the time, a lot of mess of games, missing parts and not a quiet place. pool not big enough and kids pool was closed (was not able to understand why as staff didn't know) on the last sea day - kids were disappointed and so were we,

waiter at dining room was great, nice, kind and professional, did his best to serve us but the complete experience was just bad. other staff were mostly unfriendly, and had an unhappy face and very tired looks. did not feel nice to approch them for anything.

size was good, our room was dirty and was not cleaned well throughout the cruise, the staff kept complaining on how busy he is and longs days he's working so I just ignored the dirty floor in the bathroom
