Everything went quick until customs. After place in waiting area too small for crowd. Time from arriving at baggage drop-off (1015) to being on board (1100) was less than an hour.

Tried to purchase the Wilderness Dogsled Tour thru Shipmate. Completed entering credit card info and was told receipt/confirmation sent to email. After 2.5+ hours no email and no card transaction on my card statement. Tried to repurchase. Tour now sold out. No phone number or address in tour description.
