Review summary

The Cruise director did a horrible job on the Veterans recognition event. Brief program worst of all of the Royal Cruises I been on. The comedian on the cruise did a better job of recognizing veterans. He ask for all to Stand in the audience. Mark, the cruise director, ask for veterans to raise there hand at the Veterans Recognition Event.

Took an excursion to the canal and Lift. There was not enough time to see everything that was scheduled

Went to shops on dock area and returned to the ship. 99 percent of all royal ship going out of Galveston go to Cozumel. Been there 9 times, need a new main stop.

The facial recognition machine were down and not enough agents to check passports. Took for ever to get off of the ship.
