We have been on over a dozen cruises over the years and Royal Caribbean Cruises are the best. You can find MANY activities to join or entertainment on board or just chill on your balcony. I chose to chill our on my balcony. I did enjoy listening to live music in the Centrum area. Great food available in the main dining room and in Windjammer. Staff were very friendly and courteous from the waiters to the cabin stewards and the cleaning crew. Every one focused on helping us have the best cruise.

We checked in on the Royal Carribean App and completed the required safety briefings the MORNING of the cruise, then checked in on our scheduled time and walked on board. EASY

ANIKET and Aris were our waiters in the MAIN DINING room and took great care of us. Once we voiced our drinks and special needs of sugar free on the first night they had our drinks at the table when we arrived. I was sugar free diet so ANIKET would point out sugar free deserts and diabetic meal choices.
We ate breakfast at CHOPS daily as suite guests. We ate LUNCH at CHOPS on day 1 arrival
and 2 and day 5 and day 8 and day 10, Rodrigo, COLLEEN, Francisco, Christopher, Prabu, Laxmikant waiters. Every waiter took care of us like were royalty greating us warmly at EVERY visit. Great service at breakfast and lunch every day.

We ate LUNCH at CHOPS on day 1 arrival and 2 and day 5 and day 8 and day 10, Rodrigo, COLLEEN, Francisco, Christopher, Prabu, Laxmikant waiters. Elvis the bartender at the Concierges lounge took great care of us. Elvis greater us warmly and remembered EVERY GUEST drinks every time we visited the lounge. DIONATA the Concierges was very warm and friendly. DIONATA the Concierges took a personal interest in every guest. DIONATA made it a point to great EVERY SUITE GUEST as they entered and left the lounge every evening.

Music and design in Centrum were wonderful. Easy to hear on all seats near Centrum on each floor. Great magic show on day 4.

Cabin steward Patrick Hooker took great care of us seeing to all our needs. I loved the pillow selections available to us. Patrick would greet us and work around our schedule cleaning our suite daily. VERY FRIENDLY AND GREAT CABIN STEWARD.
Ship Quality

Great layout and design. Ship kept clean and well maintained. Constant cleaning visible. Easy to navigate..just need more elevators. Had problems gaining access of elevators at supper time.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had cabin 1566 the owners suite. Room and bathroom were large and neat. Patrick Hooker was our steward and took great care of us cleaning and putting in ice twice daily.
Ship tip
Radiance was easy to navigate but only elevators on one side and back of ship. Be prepared to wait for elevator especially at supper times. Our knees would not allow us to take the stairs so we waited.
Our Concierges Dionata helped each suite guest arrange red tags for their luggage and escorted us down and off the shop. The FACIAL RECOGNIZING APP in Customs was down so we stood in a line for Customs but they moved us along quickly.
