Review summary

Overall, this was a relaxing experience to warm weather ports. The only significant problem with the ship was the Wi-Fi service that was erratic at best.

The food at the main dining room and buffet was very good. The specialty restaurants served excellent food.

We played in some of the trivia contests and other games. The pool was fine, but the weather was not always warm enough to enjoy the pool.

The stage show was entertaining. The juggler was funnier than the comedian.

The cabin attendant was able to perform or arrange for unexpected needs. All of the waiters gave excellent service.

It was very clean everywhere. The ship design and size caused a problem in that some of the entertainment needed to be in larger venues.

It was a standard size cabin, but the balcony had extra space due to its location on the ship. The room was always very clean.

Ship tip

If you like a smaller ship for a more intimate feeling, this was perfect.

The highlight was a shore excursion covering a bee sanctuary (for honey sampling), a chocolate factory, and a tequila tasting.

The cruise port area is overwhelming when trying to exit. No vendor will let you walk by. We did a private shore excursion for a day pass to a beach resort. This was outstanding.

All of the staff, without exception, from the moment we stepped onboard, treated like royalty, always courteous and accommodating to any request we had! Professional, personal, and phenomenal customer service has always been the norm for Royal Caribbean.
