the dinner reservations were not honored at all. could not get in to dinner at the time we wanted for at least three days, there was not one thing speical about the open buffet. the movies did not work, this was the most unorganized trip ever and if this can be put on the internet, would be a service to all.

Cons: the unorganization, the nastiness of the service organization. no dinner reservaions, could not get the same answer twice,

Recommends Radiance of the Seas? No.

Food and Dining
this was glorified dormitory food at the best.
Cabin / Stateroom
Ship Quality
sub par entertainment and everything off the ship was outrageously expensive
Service and Staff
the staff in the staterooms were excellent. the people worked very hard.
Ketchikan, Alaska
again, the sites were wonderful, the prices were way too high, and not told to us at the beginning of bookings.
Juneau, Alaska
not enough time, again, store upon store.
Skagway, Alaska
same as above
Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska
