Review summary
The Radiance was as all RCL ships are, clean, efficient and well staffed. From the moment we boarded in San Diego to disembarking 16 days later in Tampa, we were always taken by the professionalism and friendliness of the crew. We did have a problem with the bathroom leaking, however once it was realised that it couldnt be fixed with us in the cabin, we were immediately moved to a similar cabin without any inconvenience and looked after in addition. The ports in most part were great, particularly Cartagena and Hautalco. The transit of the Canal was the highlight and one can only marvel at the 100 year old engineering. A great cruise which we would recommend to all.Ship experiences
