Skagway the train ride up in the mountains was totally awesome. The Trolley ride around town and the tour was nice too. The Red Onion Salon and tour was fun. Shopping was just like Juneau too many jewelry stores.

We enjoyed Mendenhall Glacier very much. The gardens that went with that excursion was a waste of time and not many nice flowers like we thought we would see. Mostly mountains. Red Dog Salon is a must see and was fun. Del Sol Store was awesome.

Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

We did not enjoy this port. Nothing to do and the bus ride in to the city was a wasted $5.00 each. We did go whale watching as an excursion here and that was really nice.
Don't Miss: Whale Watching Excursion

Sitka, Alaska

We did not really enjoy Sitka.

Pros: Food, Entertainment, New Friends, Whale Watching, Train Rides

Cons: Airport arrangements through Royal Caribbean and the pre-hotel stay in Van Couver which we booked with Royal Caribbean as a package deal.
