THE SHIP WAS NOT HAF SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT AND IT WAS NOT MOVING AT NORMAL CRUISE SPEED. SO THEY TOOK AWAY THE GLACIER VIEW DAY. THEN WE HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY THAT TOOK 12 HOURS AND WE LOST A PORT LEAVING US ON A 7 DAY CRUISE 5 SEA DAYS. WE CRUISE WITH ROYAL ALOT AN ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT OR CREDIT TOWARDS OUR NEXT CRUISE. WE WERE TOLD THEY CAN CHANGE THE ITINERARY AT ANY TIME. IF WE DIDN'T LIKE IT FIND ANOTHER CRUISE LINE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICESEmbarkation
