Needs getting use too!

Sail Date: February 20, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

The ship is beautiful, the technology is awesome, but the dynamic dining will take time to get use too.  People who are not computer savvy this cruise is not for you since you have to book all your dining and entertainment before boarding.  The service is lacking in most dining rooms, even the wait staff do not like the new setup. Customer service stayed busy the whole time it was open, and if you called you sat on the phone.

Ship Quality
a lot of cosmetic damage
Food and Dining
most food was enjoyable, did have too send fish back/bones , steak chewy
Service and Staff
service was lacking in the dining rooms and during the shows
all shows were top notch, except Starter, it was just OK.
Onboard Activities
So much too do
Destinations and Excursions
Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey
little rough getting to the port, but boarding was a breeze
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
take water shoes, beach has a lot of shells and it is rough on the feet

Must make reservations for just about everything before boarding.
