First thing we notice was that the crowd on this sailing appeared to be more of a mature age group but that was okay. Unfortunately we had really bad weather during our cruise which also caused a lot of rocking which is why we’re going to have a do over. It rained about 5 out of the 7 days. My cousin had to meet us on day 2 because all the flights out of Pensacola were cancelled due to wind. The funny part is we was so worried about something happening on our end because we were leaving from NYC where it had snowed just a few days before (it was 65 degrees the day we left NYC). Even though we would have enjoyed it more if weather permitted we did enjoy our cruise. The do over is because it was my two cousins birthdays and a dream vacation for one.

I really enjoyed this cruise. It gave us a taste of Hawaii, and made us want to go back to explore

I think I would take this cruise again and see different excursion’s the next time!

The Pride of America is Beautiful, but you're not there for the ship. Enjoy the Islands.

A very good first time experience. Good food good experience

A great way to see Hawaii for the first timer. We were able to get a taste of each island and now we have a better idea on what we would like to see more of next time we go.

They changed our itinerary so I was upset about that. The ship is old and outdated, rooms was clean and some staff are very nice. They did not let me use my onboard Credit towards Gratuity and taxes so I lost it next time I will read the fine print but when I asked for my bill the night before they gave me a hard time and when I asked about the credit they never said that I could not use it for that. Overall met some nice people and I had a great time.

I don’t think we will cruise Norwegian again basically because most of the food was subpar. Jefferson’s Bistro, however, was great, with the exception of the service which was slow and lacked congeniality. I have previously cruised with Celebrity which was exceptional; food and service.

Overall a pleasant and comfortable cruise. Interesting ports, great shopping and places to see. Recommend the cruise.

I would call this the Buffet of Hawaii. You can try a little bit of each island and really get a feel for each. We found we didn’t like Oahu as much as Maui and Kawaii.

Beautiful sites to see in Hawaii. Some excursion are very expensive but you can get good deals on shore.

Everything shuts down by midnight ship sucks. Not a party ship it is a nursing home on water.

Overall, the service on the cruise and ports was great. However, the food was disappointing. Buffets were average. We didn’t pay for specialty restaurants.

I see why Hawaii is called paradise. I never experienced any bad service. The ship is crying for updates and new paint but overall, a great trip.

Old ship, older cruisers! I do understand why the food was kind of flavorless since this ship has an older cruise clientele.

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and Hawaii has been on our bucket list. The ship was a perfect way to see all of the islands. We spent most days ashore doing excursions, with only 2 lazy pool days. Overall this was an amazing cruise, with excellent service and food. Despite reading bad reviews before we left, we did not have any negative experiences. We made the most of every day in paradise.
