Transpacific crossings can experience some rough seas at times. Our cabin was mid ship which mitigated that issue somewhat.

Definetly do the Main Dining Hall for Dinner, you can try all the dishes you want,you are not restricted to one appetizer, entree, or dessert. The dress code is mostly make sure you are covered, they say there are some formal nights but this not enforced at all. I saw people go in with a tshirt and shorts. Most people dressed casual. Its your vavation

If you want to avoid chaos, get there a couple of hours before disembarking. Cruise liner is really nice, I would definitely choose it again.

Don’t waste your time on purchasing the wifi package. Even our FREE onboard texting using the app wasn’t reliable most of the week.

Our experience has been great. The only thing I would like to be added is continue the great service by all the crew and a nice to have - it will be good if we can arrage Bollywood DJ/Event in any one of the halls available.

If you drink any amount of pop then buy the package when it's on sale. Gratuity and cost add up pretty fast. I would absolutely recommend a balcony for the Alaskan cruise. Spend the money. I will next time. You don't need to spend extras on anything on the boat so save the money for excursions. I never bought alcohol on the ship, but several people I know did and it adds up also. Participate in the activities. It's fun and very interactive.
