There were several changes made to this cruise but I enjoyed going to Victoria instead of Sitka in the end. I had been to Sitka before and hadn't been to Victoria. I loved having 8 days instead of 7, even though we kind of lost out on most of the extra day.

Loved exploring Alaskas Inward passage! Sorry we didnt get to visit Sitka but Vicotia was a wonderful addition. Looking forward to traveling deeper into Alaska in the future.

The service was great but since the dropping the mandatory covid boosters which has caused cruising to become the most used mode of vacations, the quality of the food has declined. It's not only RCCL, but others are also the same. I would rather have less selection but better quality of food.

Pros: - staff is friendly & efficient - MDR menu & food is remarkably better than on RCI US based ships Cons: - Windjammer isn’t open until 7am. Not even a small section for light bfast - mattress is much too hard - Toilet paper is very rough - Didn’t inform us of port cancellation until after we were scheduled to arrive (app notification would have been helpful) - Offer specific areas in the dining rooms for guests without children - The number of forks with bent tines is atrocious App - hard to find specific things (ie operating hours of guest services; Diamond Lounge; temperature outside; etc). A search function would help.

We had a great time on Ovation. The ship was beautiful and clean. Staff and crew were absolutely first rate. The only thing we were disappointed with was not being able to see the Sounds. Royal Caribbean could not help that and it was only for our safety.

I liked the cruise overall. It was relaxing and right level of activity that I expected.

Only visited two ports. Both were enjoyable. Expected compensation for missing the other ports. Unfortunately that did NOT happen 😡

Ship was nice cabin was great. Food was weak. Entertainment overall was weak Two very good entertainers The Dukes, and Suzannah Marina

I was way disappointed in loosing two Hawaii days port of call on Maui. I understand why but I thing RC should have tried a little bit harder to make that up in Hawaii. We live near both Seattle and Victoria so they were not a interest to us.

The room service and service in windjammer gave me the best experience on the cruise.

This was diffently a once in a lifetime experience. The ship had lots for you to do while at sea.

Bucket list trip for some of my fellow cruisers. The dining was good onboard. The weather was dreary until we got off the ship in Canada, then it was sunny and warm. Great views, fun ship.

Great time. Drink package very expensive but you pay $12-20 per drink otherwise. Staff was over the top, exceptional. Ship was very nice with lots to do for an active family. Wish we had gone 1-2 weeks earlier as more would have been open and nicer weather.

The cruise was amazing. Alaska is beautiful and pictures don't do it justice. The enormity of the mountains and landscape are indescribable. We were supposed to do Glacier Bay the morning before Juneau and skipped it for some reason..... Disappointed.

Of all our cruise, this was the best for scenery and sweet locals!

Everything went very well on this cruise. The staff was friendly and very attentive.

Poor customer service, disappointing experience despite having purchased sky suite for 4 people

Very pleasant, exhilarating experience! Relaxed and still saw phenomenal sites and wonderful experiences. Also, for those without children, there was only 295 kids among the 3,500+ adults.

I'm glad I went on this ship and to Alaska. Exceptional staff, beautiful ship, friendly guests, excellent shows.
