My cruise on Ovation of the Seas (Aug 30-Sept 6, 2024) was awesome! The ship was beautiful and clean. The staff was also the most professional, attentive, and friendliest of any staff on any cruise ship I've ever been on. I will definitely cruise with Royal Caribbean again very soon!

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The ship personnel was very friendly and professional. My family and I received exceptional service from the waiters Vishal, Pianna, Vivek, and Suzeka. Allan was also my room steward and he was the best!!! My room was always spotless and Allan was available whenever I needed his assistance.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship, Ovation of the Seas, was immaculate - it was very beautiful and clean. I loved my onboard experience.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Although it was an inside cabin, I like that it contained a monitor so that I was able to see outside areas while cruising. Upon entry, my cabin was very clean and fresh - during my trip, my room steward was Allan and he kept my room pristine - cudos to Allan for his professional and friendly demeanor and for keeping my cabin looking great at all times.
Juneau was my 2nd favorite port. My family and I did whale watching and glacier tours. We got to see a lot of hump back whales (the famous Flame included) and we got to see the Mendenhall Glacier - both were breathtaking experiences - glad my family and I made the decision to do these tours - opportunities of lifetime!
Victoria, British Columbia was my favorite port - Victoria is absolutely gorgeous. The city was clean and the air was extremely fresh. Also, the Empress Hotel is a must-see. I now want to move to Canada, lol.
