Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Food was okay. Desserts left a lot to be desired. Most chocolate options tasted like chocolate flavored jello (no, I don't mean pudding). Staff in dining room was delightful.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Wave rider was a fun experience. Hot tub nice. Thermal spa was enjoyable, but hours are a bit limited. Would be better if opened later... Closed at 9.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Commedia first night was awesome. Juggler night 5 was enjoyable. Cabaret was weird.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Service staff was great. Sales staff were extremely pushy, borderline rudem

Juneau, Alaska

Canoe trip to Mendenhall Glacier was a great experience. Downtown was owed by the cruise ships. Shopping was okay, but very seasonal with few local owed shops.

Skagway, Alaska

We rode the Whitehall train. We took the 9am train and it was quite foggy. The windows frosted up, so we had to continuously wipe them to see out. By the time we turned around the fog was lifting and the windows needed less wiping. Views were beautiful, but if I were to do it again, I'd take a later train. Downtown was nice.

Sitka, Alaska

5 out of 5
We walked around Sitka on our own. It was a fun place to explore. There was a great local feel, not just workers for the season.

Victoria, British Columbia

5 out of 5
We rented bikes to explore Victoria. A lot to see.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easy.
