We had an overall great trip considering 7 out of 10 in our group came home with Covid and testing positive on return home. We loved Alaska and getting to see the Northern Lights for 3 nights in Juneau, Skagway and Sitka and getting great pictures it was a bucket list filled trip!
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Embarkation in Seattle was unorganized unlike other ports. People showed up at other times then the appointed times. We had 10:30am and people checked in in front of us that had 12:30pm. They let anyone go in no matter time they had.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate mainly in main dining Chic! We had great servers for our group of 10. Head waiter Ovidius did a great job helping 3 of us with our gluten allergies, we had many foods we normally don’t eat at home and was so spoiled.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment
4 out of 5
Pixels Cabaret in 270 needed reservations to go to and it was a strange show with no real plot? The other shows In the Theater were great and the comedian wasn’t that funny. Other activities weren’t well attended.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We had great waiters, assistant waiter and Head waiter. Our room steward went above and beyond with our cabin and kept fresh ice every afternoon/evening! Towel animals daily!

Ship tip
Book shore excursions early or can book some independently or some were at ports of the pier that you could do. We did self driving jeep tour in Juneau, was well done and enjoyed ourselves with the 4 hr time given.
We had a good considering it rained all day. We walked from shuttle drop off to Sitka National Park and had a good time seeing the native cultural center and walking around the park seeing the salmon coming up river and some were dying so there was a smell but not bad. Very interesting to learn the pattern of the salmon and life cycle.
