Overall the experiences on ship were very good. Embark and Debark were horrible. Met a few couples that were cool.

Embarkation

Long lines were a drag. Some of the staff that were there were slow at best. Not a thrilling way to start a vacation

Our chamberman was awesome. He took great care of our room. Some of staff were less than friendly but for the most part they were good.

Total disappointment. Our tour guide did nothing but knock Americans down thinking he was funny but to me he was a jerk

Something needs done here. It took 2 hours to get off ship. The crew was little help. We were in the first group and other groups were already in line. Not a good way to wind up a nice vacation.
