Ovation of the Seas

Ship: Ovation of the Seas

Traveled as: Family (young children)

Review summary

The Ovation of the Seas is a beautiful ship and our cruise was great. My only complaint is that there is not enough activities for kids and the little there was (arcades, air hockey), there was an extra cost.

There were not many activities, especially for children.

The stage shows were great, especially The Las Vegas Tenors.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
We took the kids to the club, but they were the only ones in their age group, so we did not leave them.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was standard, but I was impressed with the virtual balcony. It’s an innovative idea that works.

Ship tip

If you are traveling with kids, be aware that there’s very little to keep them occupied. The pool was closed and my three-year-old was too young for the bumper cars.
