I would go back tomorrow if I could. It is gorgeous and breathtaking. Hard to believe you arent in another county when in Alaska. Definitely a must do trip.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food in the dining rooms, the buffet, and the sushi restaurant was excellent. The service in the sushi restaurant was terrible. I was very disappointed to see only one ice cream machine and always a long line. Other cruises I have been on have them on every corner and you can walk up and get soft serve at any time with no lines.
The Grande

Very slow, took at least two hours, maybe more just to eat dinner. The service was slow and not great. When you asked for something it took forever to get it.
Izumi
4 out of 5
This is a restaurant that you have to pay for extra from your dining plan. The food here was excellent. The service was terrible. For having to pay extra you would think the service would be much better. We waited a long time to get menus, then they brought one of our people the wrong food and we couldnt find the waitress for a while to tell her it was wrong, it was just a mess but the food was great.
Bionic Bar

This is a must do, even if you dont drink. You can order non alcoholic drinks here too. It is pretty cool to watch the robots make the drinks. Highly recommend.
American Icon Grille

We went here our first night and it was amazing, the service was so good it is hard to explain. We wanted to try all the dining rooms thinking the menu was different but we found out later that the menu is the same in all dining rooms each night and the service in the other dining rooms was not great at all.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Activities on the ship for adults and older kids was great. They need more things for younger kids. The pools and the Sportsplex activities were great but always a long line for anything you want to do at the Sportsplex.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The nightly shows were phenomenal. Performances were amazing. Cruise director was great as well.
Children's Programs
4 out of 5
My child liked the kids club but it was literally just a room with no toys or much at all. They did have art projects and games for them to play though. And at night that was the only option for her. Need more things for the younger kids to do in the evening or more things in those rooms for them to do.
Adventure Ocean
3 out of 5
My daughter enjoyed it but it got boring as well. There isnt much for them to do. It is just an open room. Thats it. They do have activities planned like art activities and games, but other than that there is nothing to really play with in here for the 6-8 yr old group. the smaller age groups did have some toys and slides in the room.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service everywhere was great. Sometime it was slow in the dining rooms but the waiters were still great. Room stewards were always so nice.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Everything was clean and well maintained at all times. Lots of workers constantly cleaning at the pool, the buffets, everywhere.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
All cabins should be the size of a handicapped room. With kids the regular rooms are way too small, you cannot put your luggage anywhere, you cannot walk. The handicapped room is the perfect size, gives you room to walk and put your luggage out with the beds as well. Perfect size
Ship tip
Dont hype up how theres ice cream on every corner because your sailmates will be very disappointed. If going to Alaska, bring warm clothes for everyday, not just one or two shirts.
We did our own excursion and rented vans and drove the Yukon Highway into Canada. Lots of pull over areas to stop and take pictures, waterfalls, beautiful scenery. We did not see any wildlife but it is a possibility. We went to see Emerald Lake, which was beautiful. We also stopped at a place to do dog sled rides, it was phenomenal, was able to play with the puppies and they had a petting zoo.
This was not a port where you get off the boat. You just ride through to see the glacier. It is very beautiful but we were not able to see the glacier due to too much ice in the way so I cant really say much about it. Just know its a possibility, even in the middle of summer, that you may not see the glacier. We had to stop and turn around.
