greenhouse spa was wonderful we went everyday. It was so relaxing. Also went to the crossing the equator pool party very good and the orange party also was a lot of fun.

Band in the rolling stone were great

can't say enough about our waiters, room stewards and bar tenders everyone was wonderful

always kept clean they were always cleaning

very clean, large enough very comfortable good location great room stewards
Ports of call
Flew in and went to Sheraton very nice Hotel Holland representatives were there and offered us a tour around Santiago it was very nice. Hotel was nice had a great restaurant for dinner it was wonderful people that worked there were great.

Did not do excursion just walked around down close to pier, went to the market and bought some cute native crafts, the people were so nice

yes we toured the Indian village it was good but unfortunately one of our group people got sick so didn't get the full benefit of the tour. Tour guide was wonderful to us this tour is very strenuous and hot

Ship did a great job but porters were rude and there were very few of them, the one we had made a remark about the tip she got very rude
