Not only was it the worse cruise we have ever been on but we had talked another couple (in cabin 7035) who had never been on a cruise before to join us on this one because we had told them how great ocean cruises were. They were totally disappointed and we were totally embarrassed.

The things in the dinning rooms were pretty much on the buffet. Buffet never changed hardly at all, same old, same old. Poor Beverage Package with the $10 limit on a drink. Went over about 50 cents and got charged for the total. Why was I not just charged the overage from my package? Seating in the Main dining room not right for twos or fours plus the chairs were too large with no room to get in and out of the table. Your afternoon tea service was pitiful: The poured on one type of tea and there was very little variety in the cakes and sandwiches.

Poor variety of entertainment, being mostly the ship's dancers and singers. The guest entertainers were terrible except for the Brazilian piano player and the BB King group was excellent. Very tight slot machines in the casino. Being I was an executive in two Minnesota Indian Casinos I am aware of how you can change the odds.
Service and Staff

Excellent cabin stewards, good room service, excellent laundry service.. Minus - slow internet. Lido Bar - I was service Sprite instead of tonic with my vodka and because I call the bartender on it, Angelo make an embarrassing display of coming to our table and made a big thing out of pouring and mixing my new drink on this tray as if he had done it right on the first one. No free water leaving or returning to the ship from tours like every other cruise we have been on.

One of the worse designed ships we have ever been on. It appears, to get more cabins on the refit, the layout became very unpleasant. I will say the ship was very clean and well-maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Bed was large and comfortable. Size normal. Stewards did a quality job keeping it very clean.
Nothing really to see there except to walk into down where there wasn't all that much except the tourist shops. You had cut out Seville after we had mace our reservations and we were very disappointed in that because we love that city. Also we had a beverage package included and when you changed the itinerary you took that off. We went to our travel agent who asked you to put it back in for us but you refused. We only got the beverage package because the travel agency paid for it!!!!
