The first week was a wonderful itinerary. The last week was crossing the Atlantic. The weather was beautiful. We enjoyed the peace and the routine. Holland America is a good reliable line with history lectures, cooking demonstrations, great young musicians and other things to pass the time.Embarkation

Ship tip
Oosterdam and her Vista class sister have a promenade that goes all around the ship (unlike a number of ships like Millenium class or MSC Preziosa). This is a nice feature. Use it to exercise after each meal. There are 3 laps to a mile.
