Review summary

Art auction was fun. Bought 2 pictures. Massage was good entertainment good. We had an announcement Man over board. That was scary and interesting. Ended up being a fisherman boat. Salad and ice cream were fresh and delicious. The towel animal creations were adorable. Bought the book on how to make them. We wanted to talk to the captain. The conceirge wouldn't let us. Very disappointing.

This is for the kosher diet. They have to get a better kosher supplier. They use webermans. It was worse then airplane food. They even had one meal marked for Passover. It's months past Passover. I tried for months(I booked in December and tried since then to discuss kosher diet) before the trip to discuss kosher meals. Not accommodating. We paid the same as everyone else. Expected more. I heard holland america is a top rated cruise line. Not at all accommodating

Our excursion was cancelled very upsetting. There were 6 time slots for the rubber raft . 2 were cancelled. Ours was cancelled. Did not understand why. Was so looking forward. Went in another excursion. It was supposed to be a 3 hour. They rushed. Only 2 hours. What we saw was good but we were definitely cheated out of seeing more

Pouring rain and fog. We were supposed to go in float plane at 7:3o in the morning. When we got off the ship at 7:15. Thy is when we were told the excursion was cancelled.itbwas raining and foggy earlier. We should have been told earlier so we could make arrangements to do something else. Didnnothing inthat port. Very upsetting

We were on the same cruise as you. We were told the Sitka excursion, which we had also booked, was canceled due to 'mechanical failure'. We might have shared the boat with you!! My take is the supplier had three 'ocean rafts' and each did two excursions. One of the boats had a problem and that boat was used for two of the trips. We had scheduled a floatplane in Juneau which was cancelled due to the rain there. We then rescheduled one in Ketchikan and of course like you ours was cancelled there.

the captain is very busy making sure his ship crew and passengers are safe. he doesn't have time to chit chat with everyone who wants to. this is not the love boat show
