Review summary
Be very careful if Holland offers you any discounts or credits!!! They do not honor them and there is "small print" after you get on board to void them!!! We lost over $700 in credits for very unreasonable "reasons"!!Embarkation

Food and Dining
For the most part, the meals were great. This ship does not offer any 24 hour options. We were disappointed that there were no options for a late night snack after the shows.
Onboard Activities
The ship did have a cooking class and a computer class which was great! There are on board movies etc. i Would like to see more options during the day at sea... ballroom dance classes etc.
Entertainment
BB King's band was amazing!!!!

The housekeeping crew and the outer deck crew were great!!!!

The cabin was fine but the bed and the pillows were not! Take your own pillow and just know the beds are rock hard!
Ports of call
Loved the smoked salmon at Pikes Market with bagels and cream cheese!

Very nice town! We did the salmon all you can eat bake... it was great! Loved getting up in the mountains to see all the migrating fish in the streams!
Very disappointed that we were only here for 4 hours!! Loved Ketchikan! We did the crab feast at the George Inlet Lodge- it was fantastic!!
I would not recommend the Bistro right at the end of the dock as they did not have great food and the service was terrible!!! It is a bit of a stroll to the downtown area but a beautiful port!
Disembarkation
A complete disaster!! The customer service gal messed up our airlines, luggage, and bus passes!! We did not get home for an extra 6 hours and had to pay an additional $400 in flight fees!!
