this was my first and last cruise with them. No help from employes, food was in dining room was always cool, too confusing.I do not have enough words to explain how bad this trip was.

our first cruise was on the zuiderdam to panama canal. we loved it but we dont but our expectations so high we are disappointed

Sorry to hear that, had a perfect vacation on Oosterdam Christmas time, but we did Zuiderdam in Alaska which was splendid,and later in Caribbean they just weren't into it, I know what you mean. Maybe the crew had issues at home
