Was told the package we paid for would include certain things, but when we called to inquire about it, we were told no they couldn't accommodate. The cruise was nice, but it took us 2 days to get shampoo in our room, 3 days to get water & fresh glasses. On the last day of the cruise, the cleaning crew came in while we were still packing up and started to tear the bedding off the bed and cleaning which i thought was so rude. Fairbanks and Haines were big disappointments..wish we would have spent more time in Anchorage and Juneau instead. The excursions were wonderful except the Lumberjack Show...really cheesy and not worth the money. The walking tour in Haines is definitely not worth the money. The service & food in the Vista dining room was below average, however, the Lido food was excellent. We ended up eating there for most meals. The entertainment they had on board was great, wish there would have been something each night.

Cabin / Stateroom
Roomy, lots of storage. When I went to place my suitcase under the bed, i found lots of dirt & empty water bottles, so obviously no one cleaned under the beds. it took us 2 days to get shampoo in the room and 3 days to have the water & fresh glasses replaced.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Loved Denali and Juneau. Haines & Fairbanks were very disappointing
Onboard Activities
Service and Staff
Most staff were very friendly and helpful. However there was much to much pushing to buy products from each venue.
Food and Dining
Service & food in the Vista Dining room was not great. Lido food was wonderful
Seward (Anchorage), Alaska
the train trip was great. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned during the long trip.
Cruise Glacier Bay
Appreciated that the ship turned many times so everyone could see this
Haines, Alaska
Very boring. The walking tour was a total waste on $$ as well as the brewery tour
Juneau, Alaska Need to spend more time here. If you did excursions, there was no time to walk the town.
Ketchikan, Alaska
Cruise Inside Passage, Alaska
Vancouver (Canada Place), British Columbia
Like the hop on hop off tour, but it changed buses too often to accommodate workers scheduled. (had to get off 3 times)

Liked receiving the daily agenda the night before so we could plan what to do
