Alaska on the Oosterdam

Sail Date: June 21, 2015

Room Type: Balcony

We really enjoyed this trip and the ports of call. Of all the cruise agendas I reviewed, I thought this one had the most to see in just 11 days.  Food was good in all the Main Dining room and Lido deck, but sometimes a little slow at the buffet.

Food and Dining
Service and Staff
There seemed to be a language barrier since most of the crew were Indonesian
Nothing spectacular. Crew singers and dancers, illusionist and comic
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Enjoyed the different ports of call and excursions.
Ship Quality
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Everything went very smooth and got where it was supposed to go.
Cabin / Stateroom
Vancouver (Canada Place), British Columbia
Didn't spend time in Vancouver, just went from airport to ship. Going through customs was very trying since there were way too many people arriving at the same time. customs took over 1 hour and then we had to go through customs again at the port.
Juneau, Alaska
Skagway, Alaska
Cruise Glacier Bay
Seward (Anchorage), Alaska
