Review summary

The staff was warm friendly and helpful I would gladly tip them. But the cruiseline policy is that we are charged $44 per day for two adults and two children for tips. It is mandatory. Why not just build that into the price of the cruise and pay the staff well? It seems slimey to do it that way. If we wanted to stand in a long line and fight it we could have, but I don't begrudge the staff. I just think it could be handled differently.

Entertainment

The shows were good, magician was fun, could be more for kids to do without having to pay $5 per hour each. We didn't want to leave them off with someone else. We just wanted to do activities with them.

Children's Programs

Five dollars per hour per child to keep them entertained seemed a bit high. We wanted to play with them - not leave them off. But the sport activities were limited and the gear was broken.

What nice indonesian staff they use! Great English skills, willing to help, always smiling.

Ship Quality

Ship is nice. Sports equipments is old and needs to be replaced. Ping pong balls were smashed, shuufleboard pucks were broken, sticks were missing parts. Seemed a bit cheap.

Four people in a room - we were clean comfortable and slept well.
