Review summary

Everything was in good working order and we always saw someone cleaning something. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, greeted us with a smile and was right there to help you if you needed it. The food was wonderful and well presented.

The food was wonderful and very plentiful. The cooks take pride in their work and it shows.

Entertainment

We wish we had time to enjoy them all. I think that some show should have been in the Vista Lounge so everyone could sit down.

Children's Programs

I think that kids should not have been allowed to attend (adult) shows by themselves. We sat next to some very loud children two times and could have moved but chose not to since we were there first and it would have been a challenge to find new seats.

Service and Staff

Everyone was very friendly even though they had put in a long day, they were always pleasant.

Ship Quality

There was seating everywhere you went and a blanket or towel so you didn't have to try to find someone to get one for you. I like the map of the ship being displayed at the elevators.

We had our best friend join us on our cruise and even with three people the room was adequate.

We did the Medenhal Glacier tour and it was very good. We had a wonderful bus driver. It was a rainy day but we still had a great time. We didn't have enough time to do another tour. We didn't eat since we couldn't really find anything in a timely manner.

Rapture tour. The Russian dancers were good but we liked the birds better. We enjoyed a cup of clam chowder and a roll. Randi (our bus driver) told us it was the best clam chowder and she was right.

We had wonderful weather and shopped a lot. Everyone was very friendly. We did not eat in town. Ran out of time.

Way too short of a time frame in Victoria. We did the Butchart Gardens and would have liked to have spent another hour or so there. We wished we could have gotten to shop in the town a bit before it got too late and had to return to the ship. We didn't have time to eat.

Don't Miss: Butchart Gardens.

Pros: Being pampered and everyone was very helpful.

Cons: We were just above and just right of smokers :(
