Sign up for the free activities as soon as you can. They book up really quick. I checked 3 hours after boarding, and everything was already booked.

If you want to eat early, you should schedule the early dining we had my time, and it seemed like no matter what time reservations were for we were eating at about 8 o’clock

The food was inedible at times. The better chefs must of gone to the New Icon ship. So repetitive. Usually cold and not appealing. Also the entertainment needs improvement. We went on the Anthem last year and the food and entertainment were so much better. This is the last RC cruise we will be taking.

Do Not bring an extension cord with a surge protector. They will take it and you can pick it up at the end of your cruise.

There were way too many children in the bars. They were taking up seats that adults should be sitting in. The Bolero Bar was packed with strollers one evening and we couldn't find a seat, so we left and didn't attempt to try again. We enjoy hopping from bar to bar to play trivia, but every place was packed, some with children, who in my opinion do not belong in bars or lounges. the age should be 18, just like in the states. The kids have areas for them, I don't understand why they are in adult areas.

I wouldn’t recommend this boat but if you’re going bring some cards or board games for the long entertainment-less sea days.

Learn the ship before you go. It's not quite as big as an Oasis class ship but still can be confusing getting around d the first couple of days if you haven't watched any videos of it.
