The host at Chops Grille went above and beyond, SallyAnn at Chops was fantastic, Marlon at Giovanni's was incredible!!!! Our room steward was great--we had 2, but the first one during our first half was awesome!!!
We disembarked in Naples, we verified that it was okay twice with two different people the day before we left. When we went to check out at guest services, there was no report under our name and it took a while to sort it out and disembark.
