Review summary

Go on a smaller ship, this is quantity over quality

Embarkation

4 out of 5
wheelchair assistance took a long time to get to us but after they came it was very fast and we were on the ship in about 20mins

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5

Teppanyaki

4 out of 5

been to teppanyaki on ncl and its better. dont like how you get your rice first about 20 mins before everything else, meat good, chili sauce good, mochi ice cream horrible. the people we were sharing with were very loud and rude, had no table manners(nothing we can do about that), be much better if you can somehow get a table to yourself

Windjammer Marketplace

3 out of 5

decent food, some days alot better than others, breakfast same every day

The Cafe @ Two70

5 out of 5

the best. had lunch here every day. service great, food great, 270 itself is great. recommend the kummelweck sandwich

Chop's Grille

5 out of 5

amazing. nothing else to be said. 10/10 would recommend. would eat there every night

Cafe Promenade

4 out of 5

good place for snacks

Sorrento's Pizza

4 out of 5

pepperoni disgusting, bbq chicken amazing

El Loco Fresh

3 out of 5

average and quick tortillas , quesadillas disgusting

Giovanni's Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar

3 out of 5

disappointment. Giovannis was much better when it was the Table and not the Italian Kitchen. average pasta, all starters except the huge meatball were doused in a disgusting truffle oil

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
bumper cars slow and you get no time, north star and skypad disappointing as they wouldnt let me wear the headset and didnt tell me why, pools always full, cool that it has random shuffleboards and a pool football

Entertainment

4 out of 5
the book had good dancing , couldnt understand the story, showgirl was amazing singing and dancing , the gold art duo dancing was good but the comedy bits felt like a fill in while changing

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
amazing as always. do everything for you

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
easy to get around, sleek, nice that the esplanade was 2 decks, always clean everywhere

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
huge accessible balcony cabin, probably same size as a junior suite, matressess a bit hard, showerroom big , balcony very nice. our stateroom attendant Ali was amazing!

Ports of call

Mykonos, Greece

4 out of 5
best port we went to, very windy and the seabus was nice

Naples, Italy

2 out of 5
way too hot again, construction sites everywhere, rude people, couldnt get to our desired spots , go to pompeii instead

Piraeus (Athens), Greece

2 out of 5
didnt go to athens, piraeus was not accessible at all, taxi people were nice in trying to help, way too hot, very industrial, nothing to see

Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey

3 out of 5
we just went around the port of kusadasi, extremely hot, most were very pushy about their shops, cool monuments, even though we didnt go to ephesus

Santorini, Greece

2 out of 5
couldnt get off as tenders weren't accessible, views and sunset were ok

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

4 out of 5
pretty little city to get on and off in

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
wheelchair assistance problems again, but found our bags very easily as the number groups were small (and not colour coded unlike usual!)
