All in all we had a great time. I was impressed at the staff. Very friendly. The weather wasn't the greatest but it was still better than working.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Much needed vacation

Food frm dinning was excellent Nelesh the head waiter frm dinning 4 was verry good Dushant frm solaris the manger took care of every body of my children and wifes taste had a lot of lamb chops perfect

1. No expedited line for two children with autism in our group of 11 people. 2. No internet service 2 days despite having paid over $500; Rolandi, employee from Vroom said he could not help me over the phone because he had a guest in front of him, when I went downstairs to speak to him he proceeded to answer the phone and tend to a guest on the phone. 3. Refrigerator did not cool enough to keep my daughter drinks cold. 4. Booked a bed in Coco Cay for the two children with special needs and was told that it was in a secluded area of Coco Cay and that the rest of us could not go onto that area unless we bought two more beds at the price of $300 each. What a rip off 5. Had a shudder on my balcony start to make a loud banging noise at 2 am and 20 minutes later 4 people including 2 security guards took an hour to try and resolve it (ultimately they put a towel to try and stop the banging); as a result my child with autism was unable to go to sleep, we missed our excursion boat the next day, and the entire purpose for the cruise was for my daughter to have a dolphin encounter. Horrible experience! Edmund and Cecilia "Shore Excursion Specialists" were completely insensitive to the fact that we had to children with autism in our group. Blue Lagoon employee Reno Williams simply said there was nothing that could be done. 6. All shows were booked on the app as soon as we got on the boat and those that weren't booked were cancelled. Overall: Horrible expensive vacation!

Masks should have been encouraged more while on the ship. Myself/husband and friends were diagnosed with COVID the day after we stepped off the ship. We called Royal Caribbean just to let them know and mostly all I received was that R/C couldn't do anything since we had disembarked from the ship. Also, I was told that we signed a waiver meaning it was ok for us to catch COVID since we signed a waiver.

We had a great time despite the negative parts of the cruise. The ship is beautiful and easy to get around. I would go again at a different time of year.

All cruises will have some hiccups here and there, but you cannot let it ruin your entire cruise. Even with the few flaws that happen, we love Royal Caribbean. By posting the experiences we had, we hope that they may read them and try to implement some corrections in the areas mentioned.

It was good with the exception of the rude people who took up about 2/3 of the ship.

Had a great time minus the hurricane. It was rainy and rocky all the way home so if you get sea sick don’t go in hurricane season!

First time on the balcony, memorable experience My time dining but I had to make a reservation for every day...huh? WIndjammer was totally overcrowded and the food was often cold and/ or stale. Whirlpools were fun but the temperatures varied from one to the next Shows were very nice (Frozen in Time, Phoenix, Comedians, Cats) Trivia was timely A few things missing - no place to buy everyday items (toothpaste, deodorant, etc.) Took six days to find the library on-board...huge disappointment (very very limited supply of books). Why waste the space on the ship? Where is the computer room/ business center?

Excellent service, experience, and overall cruise. Some issues with the excursions due to weather, but there's nothing you can do about that.

the cruise was great unfortunately there were 1500 extremely rude people on board.

It was so much fun and relaxing experience for a family with young kids.

Overall excellent cruise; however Royal Carribean needs to start addressing the rudeness of certain passengers, pushing, cutting in lines, taking seats and not eating or drinking in common areas. There may have been an issue with staffing as it did seem the Main Dining Room was short staff and if fact the Windjammer was a much better option.

First, I had a lot of problems finding food options. I am a vegetarian and there were barely any options to choose from. Additionally, there were three occasions where I asked for a vegetarian burger, and I was told they did not have any. I was out of options to eat anything as there weren't even any type of beans or other vegan options. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this. Additionally, the cruise staff responsible for the onboard activities were not fun. They are very dry with people and doesn't make it a fun experience. I am a young woman and also had a bad experience with one of the staff. He was speaking in a way that showed he wanted to have a sexual relationship and it was extremely uncomfortable. I was worried to see him the rest of the cruise and on several occasions, he grabbed my hand even though I pulled away every time. He even asked for a hug and was not stopping even though I had told him NO. Extremely disappointed with this and the cruise line should take IMMEDIATE action as his behavior is unacceptable.

This is a wonderful experience which everyone should try and have. You will love it once you go for this trip. You will be relieved from all your problems.

This was our first post-covid cruise, and will be our last for a while. It was missing the magic of a relaxing, all inclusive vacation. Most of our complaints may seem small, but when added up, it just made for an overall stressful week.
