Review summary

My favorite parts: Aqua 80, Frozen in Time, the casino, main dining room, food (all food anywhere on the ship), bingo, pools and ADULTS ONLY HOT TUBS, guests services was always very helpful with anything and views.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth and easy to navigate once you get past the traffic to get into the security lines. The traffic is kind of intense. They do need to better navigate traffic through the drop off section. That would be my only complaint.

Ship experiences

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
The Aqua 80s show was the absolute best!!! We gave a standing ovation. The dives, music, and water talent was amazing. It was over so quick though. We didn’t like CATS at all. Very boring. We left after like 30 minutes and someone behind us was sleeping. They need to get rid of that show and think of something new and fresh.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Dis were all great. Live band on the boat above the promenade was amazing. Just so much to do and there’s someone somewhere doing something. No lack of entertainment.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Rahesh and Sahil from our dining room staff was the most entertaining and fun waiters we’ve had! They always left us laughing and really enjoying our meals. The one day we didn’t go to dinner in the MDR we were kind of sad because the service wasn’t anything like theirs. Overall staff at the service counters were all wonderful!!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship so big can be confusing! It was best to use maps and my phone app to navigate around. But once you walk the boat so many times you’ll figure it out. The boat is always so clean and comfortable. Always see someone cleaning something. Very impressed.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Rooms are small. That’s a given on any room on ships. But not as closterphobic since we had a room with an ocean view. Beds suck. They’re really hard. But I mean you get used to them. My advice is to bring a non surge protected extension for outlets. And a portable charger for electronics to use by the bed. There’s only one outlet by the mirror in the bedroom.

Ship tip

Always keep your door deadbolted while in your room. We had someone walk into our room while asleep and scared us. And keep your do not disturb on the door if you don’t want anyone to clean your room. I just prefer we ask for things as we need it instead of someone I don’t know around our stuff while we’re not watching.

Ports of call

Falmouth, Jamaica

3 out of 5
I think this was the worst port we’ve been to. Views are beautiful which is why I gave it a 3. But the staff on the port were rude, screaming at guests, nothing to do on the port except shop, and no beaches. We spent about 2 hours taking some pictures and shopping but then we went back on the boat. No excursions were even possible since the boat docked 2 hours late and then scheduled to leave 2 hours early. There was some goofy “fire drill” that prevented everyone from getting off / on the ship nor leaving the port on the buses to go to the excursions. And the excursions were long so by the time they would’ve even got there the buses would’ve had to turn right around. So overall disappointing.

Nassau, Bahamas

Beautiful! Sea Lions were great to see!

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
By far my favorite. So much to do and places to relax and enjoy the beach or a pool.

Miami, Florida

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Loved it!!! Gorgeous. The kayak adventure we did was fun and well worth the money.

Disembarkation

2 out of 5
This was the worst part about the ship adventure. People were so rude and screaming at us to get off the ship and about not walking fast enough. It was kind of a let down of our cruise high. We paid for the 16$ bus transport which was worth it. But the directions to get to that bus was very vague.

What nights where were your formal nights. Taking the same itinerary on April 14th and since it’s 4 ports of call not sure what they will be the formal nights.
