Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Ranked by best to least favorite: specialty restaurants worth the added cost; Chops was fantastic, delicious meal, great service. Hibachi also delicious meal and entertaining although dessert of frozen ice cream balls, not so appealing. Next best would be the meals in MDR, good quality and staff really goes above and beyond to be sure you have a pleasant experience and meal. Least favorite, Windjammer and Solarium Bistro buffets. These were more to provide larger number of food choices, however, food quality just ok. Nothing really had you say “I must go back for seconds on that”.
Onboard Activities

Used 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. The Solarium was such a great atmosphere however wished there was some form of music in this area to enhance the atmosphere.
Entertainment

Don’t miss the Headliner show - The Passing Zone, what talent and quite funny the connection these men have! Latin band in Boleros was also a favorite.
Children's Programs

Joel our room steward was top notch. Great service and always in tune to our coming/goings to be sure our cabin was always in tip-top shape.
Ship Quality

Beautiful ship...there were some areas where she showed her age but overall, very clean and beautiful.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We traveled as 2 adults. Cabin was enough space as long as you stay organized.
Ship tip
The ship will place list of dining options outside some of the restaurants. We found by taking a pic of the list, we quickly looked at the list, with times of service, to help us decide where to eat for lunch.
Catamaran ride to reef snorkeling. Unfortunately the deckhands mis-sized our fins when being passed out, when we tried to get the correct size, all fins were taken, so NO fins were available to us to snorkel with. My son even swam over to a second boat that accompanied our boat and they also had no spare fins to offer....bummer.
We did the Culinary Tour with creole meal, a stop at a local ice cream/sorbet stand (which was refreshing and delicious) and then onto a local pub to make the islands signature cocktail, The Painkiller. Yum...and fun too!
The Amazing Race excursion was awesome!! Fast paced, adventurous and actually had you interact with the locals to complete your challenge which was great. Should be fitness minded if planning on participating in this excursion...a lot of running involved.
