Probably won’t cruise with NCL again. This is our 4th cruise line, I was not overly impressed or wowed.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Specialty restaurants were very good. The main dinning room was meh, very disappointed in the choices , pretty much the same menu nightly. The crem brûlée was a disappointment . The sports bar, my husband had gotten 2 hot dogs and the roll pretty much fell apart. I had gotten the chicken tenders, it would not have filled my niece, they give you 2 pieces. Thank god for Starbucks coffee on board, this is why you have to pay for the cafe. Lastly, the buffets. Breakfast...ewe. If you’re an egg person... don’t eat the scrambled eggs, order an omlet or fried egg cook to order. Bacon and sausage, yuk. Lunch was not much better. Everything tasted the same. They start closing down the buffet around 330 to set up for dinner.. if you need to eat anything lite, between meals as a snack, forget it. They don’t offer anything. I had to get a bowl of cubed cheese and mixed fruit to save for an afternoon snack. I also bought a container of Pringle in their store. You’d be better off ordering from room service and paying the 7. The 7.95 service charge. And no late night snacks available. Just room service.
Onboard Activities

Lame. The pools and hot tubs were ok. The fitness center was nothing to write home about, it was ok for a ship gym.
Entertainment
1 out of 5
The musicians at the pool were ok, I think people were looking for that authentic Caribbean music, not today’s songs with a Caribbean sound. And they didn’t play that long, then it was just music from today’s songs.
Children's Programs

We didn’t have any kids with us, but they had their own pool and hot tub, which they should have been using and not the hot tubs for the grownups .
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Our room steward was nice enough. Never received a towel animal. The rest of the staff at poolside were friendly and quick to get rid of the rain water on the deck. My only 2 issues... The day after going onto their private island and before getting off in Key West, immigration had to board to check everyone’s documents, the ships officers should have been made aware of what an enhanced license is and that it’s a step down from a passport for boat and car travel to and from Mexico and Canada. Even immigration knew the difference and didn’t give us an issue. And the other was that it took 45 minutes for someone to come and fix the toilet at 930 at night. And after going down to guest services said that it it was already fixed, nobody bothered to know on the door to let us know. I had fallen down the stairs between decks ( due to poor lighting and not alcohol) and needed an ice pack, guest services were useless there.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the ship. Upon entering the buffet areas there was a staff member with a spray bottle of hand sanitizer spraying everyone’s hands. WASHY, WASHY, HAPPY, HAPPY!! And there were sanitizer dispensers at the entrance of all the other restaurants and public places.
Cabin / Stateroom

Only complaint was the only outlet that was usable was at the vanity mirror under the tv. My husband ended up tripping over the extension cord for my cpap machine.
Ship tip
Bring a metal or silicone straw. They use paper straws that are pretty thin.
Loved Key West, rented a scooter and drove around the island . Only issue was that it down poured for an hour and a half. Can’t do anything about that, so we had lunch and waited for it to stop.
We had gotten a cabana, but only had it for 2 hours due to rough waters and tendering back to the ship. We did get a full refund for it credited back to our account shortly after getting back on the ship.
