Review summary

Everyone on the Norwegian Sun Cruise ship was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt that they went above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction. It was nice to see Ship Officers out and about among the guests. It's very rare to see Ship Officers walking around the ship and greeting guests. NCL Sun did an awesome job to ensure that the guests had a sense of "Welcome Abroad OUR Ship" good feeling.

Cabin was clean, but need to fix the remote for the television. The steward said the batteries were replaced, but it didn't work half the time. However, we didn't spend too much time in the cabin. Afterall, we were in ALASKA.
