Review summary
This is the SS old Bag! Obviously the person that wrote the main review has never sailed on this ship or was paid by NCL. Kids pool. Its small tub that is reminiscent of the kids pool you would have in your yard with a hose. My 2 yr old son was bored out of his mind on this ship. Service wise. There is a big issue with language but they try their best and most are very friendly. The customer service was a joke. We had some kind of leak in our room from the bathroom and it was a never ending issue almost taking until the last few days of an 11 day cruise to resolve. They sent a cheap bottle of wine for the trouble. I sent it back as that was an insult. A bottle of wine that cost $4 at Wal-mart for all that trouble. Food was disgusting everywhere. Biggest issue is the people making it never eat the food. They have no idea what the food they are making is supposed to taste like. The meat lovers pizza was a frozen pizza with hot dogs cut up on it. I am not exaggerating; I took a picture of it. Overall not the worst experience but not worth $5k

If you are old and have no taste buds then this is the ship for you. If you have no kids then you may be ok with this ship. It is not crowded so that was nice. If you have kids you will be very disappointed.
