Review summary
It is easy to find your way around the Norwegian Sun. Having sailed on the Spirit earlier this year, I would rate the Sun behind the Spirit, but the Sun is certainly a stable, clean and enjoyable vessel. We rarely eat in the buffet restaurants and found the main dining room food to be tasty and well presented, worthy of 4 out of 5 stars. Portions were perfect. No where else could I enjoy 21 consecutive meals of this caliber and only gain two pounds. The menu selections were adequate and there were many good wine selections in all price ranges. Entertainment was very good, but I missed the atrium performances offered on other ships. Adding a pianist, a string quartet or a small singing band would make the atrium area a great place to hang out.Ports of call

Pros: Freestyle cruising
Cons: No entertainment in atrium area
Recommends Norwegian Sun? Yes!
