Ship was well taken care of, clean and beautiful. Plenty of staff available when embarking to lead you in the right direction

Garden Cafe had the same menu over and over. Powdered eggs were terrible. Very crowded after excursions with not enough tables. Food was not warm. Seven Seas much better

Bartenders not friendly when filling soda orders from unlimited soda card. Very often seemed put out by it. Room stewards were very friendly and accommodating to us. Service in Seven Seas dining was always friendly and excellent.

Hairdryer had a hole in it and was hard to use. I had ordered a birthday package for my husband for 8/8/06. I faxed it in twice with my credit card number. It was never decorated.

Not enough time here. We went on a 3 hour excursion and had no time to see the sights or go into even one shop for a souvenier

wonderful town. We loved the gift shop that was there as soon as we got off the ship. Had a great excursion. Diamond, tour guide for the bear adventure was awesome

Don't Miss: float plane bear adventure

Pros: Loved Alaska, the different ports and excursions

Cons: not impressed with Norweigan Cruise Line. It was OK but not what we expected
